Refunds may be issued in the form of a GIIC Credit Voucher (GCV), which can be used for future GIIC events, registrations, or services.
Cash refunds are not guaranteed in all cases and depend on registration type and cancellation timeline.
GIIC reserves full discretion over approval or denial of refund/credit requests.

How to Request: Email contact@thegiic.com with your full name, registration/order ID, and reason for the request.
Validity: GCVs are valid for 12 months from the issuance date.
Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
Partial Usage: Remaining balance can be used later (within validity).
45 days or more before event/start date → 100% refund (cash or GCV)
30–44 days before → 50% refund (cash or GCV)
15–29 days before → 25% refund (cash or GCV)
Less than 15 days before, or no-show → No refund or credit
Administrative charges, documentation fees, or application fees
Visa support letters or invitation letter fees (if any)
Discounted or promotional-rate registrations
Digital content or downloadable resources once accessed
