Founded in 2025, the Global Institute for Impactful Change emerged from a vision to bridge the gap between youth activism and policy implementation. Recognizing that traditional diplomatic channels often overlooked fresh perspectives, our founders established GIIC as a platform where emerging leaders could engage directly with seasoned policymakers and international organizations.
We combine rigorous academic training with hands-on diplomatic experience, creating leaders who understand both the theory and practice of global policy-making. Our programs emphasize practical skills development, cross-cultural competency, and sustainable impact measurement.

With over 20 years of experience in diplomacy and global governance, Dr. Morgan founded GIIC to bridge youth leadership with international policymaking.
